Hi, I’m Tracy.

An entrepreneur who wants to share the real, unfiltered experience of what its like to be a female founder.

Tracy Davis is the Founder and CEO of TRAX Analytics and the visionary behind the TRAX platform for janitorial management, which has been featured in the NY Times, Wall Street Journal, and named one of USA Today’s Top 10 Airport Amenities. Tracy is a member of Forbes Technology Council, an invite only membership for executives in the technology space. She is also the co-founder of Mind&Social and the co-host of The Layover Podcast.

TRAX Analytics was founded in 2019 because of a wild idea and Tracy's insatiable desire to solve a problem given to her by some of her trusted friends and advisors who ran the nation's busiest airports.
(She's embarrassed over the amount of sleepless nights she had thinking about airport bathrooms in those early days...if you know, you know.)

Fast forward, TRAX is now installed in the nation's busiest airports, stadiums, hospitals, universities, factories, and corporate campuses with thousands of TRAX users and 10s of thousands of sensor connections. TRAX's mission is to innovate and digitalize how the buildings we live, work and play in are cleaned and its doing just that.

In 2023, Tracy started her second venture Mind and Social with her co-founder Patrick Trevino along with creating a podcast called The Layover. Mind and Social is a membership and community of business executives and entrepreneurs who are looking to grow their knowledge and expand their network. She offers business coaching and mentorship as a part of the M&S Service offerings.

Tracy's hobbies include hiking, yoga, meditation, writing, cooking, rescuing animals, and growing businesses. She attributes her success to her incredible family who have supported her from day 1. Tracy’s style is southern, blunt, and unfiltered. She hopes to break the mold as a female founder and share the real experience of what it’s like to be a female entrepreneur.
